Visit the castle

The Castello di Strassoldo di Sopra is a fascinating place to visit. It is one of the oldest castles in Friuli-Venezia Giulia. Being inhabited by the same family that built it a thousand years ago, it preserves ancestral portraits and antique furniture, maintaining the charm of a place where history has never ceased.

The owner receives, by appointment and throughout the year, pre-organized groups of at least 20 people and guides them through the visit of the village's exteriors, the interiors of the two floors of the main palace, the "brolo," and the park.

The visit lasts at least an hour and a half.
